Whether it is fitness or elite level we are here to cater to your needs, we are here to look after all members of our club.

How do I sign up?It’s nice and simple! Just download the Glofox App, and follow the instructions. It has all details from prices to schedules and much more. The app is compatible with most smartphones

What should I bring to class?If you have boxing gloves and shin pads please bring this. If you're new to the sport, you’ll need shorts and a singlet or a basic sports tee, boxing hand wraps (we sell some if you need😎), water, a towel if you tend to get the extra sweat on, and most importantly bring a positive attitude and smile😉!

Are there change rooms and toilets?Yes! We have shelves to leave your belongings, and a male and female toilet.

Is there parking?We have plenty of street parking on Bell Grove and Tarnard Drive. From 5pm we have allocated spacings adjacent to our building 6/9 Bell Grove. Please be courteous to our friendly neighbours and safely park compactly to allow maximisation of our space.

I’ve never trained before. Can I still join in?Yes! We are the ideal gym to help you begin your martial arts journey and keep a close eye on newbies!

If I train here, do I have to be a fighter?No! But we cater to those who want to excel and follow that path, through our programs. We will guide the potential fighter in their pursuits with training and fight opportunities with promoters.

I want to fight, when can I fight?How much time and dedication will you provide to yourself to obtain this goal? But also, our coaching staff? We will provide the environment and framework for success. But showing up and providing a high level of commitment is needed before consideration for a fight. So, the answer is dependent on answering these few questions: Are you committed? Are you willing to make sacrifices? Are you disciplined enough to take the necessary steps?

What is the Gym Etiquette here?We are a family club, and value RESPECT. We value people who take care of each other, Listen to the trainer but above all treat others how you would like to be treated. Everyone is here to learn regardless of wanting to turn pro or just get fit. Here are some basic rules we like to enforce: -Listen to the Coach -No Shoes on Mats -Practice a high level of personal Hygiene -Have an attitude of 'having a go' You will learn more along the way coming to our club and experiencing our vibrant culture we have!
