Muay Thai

The sport of Muay Thai is immersed in tradition, used as way to defend oneself in times of war when no weapons were at hand. The most effective striking system in the world. This class will offer traditional Muay Thai striking of the use of elbows, knees, kicks and clinching techniques as well as adopting western K1 kickboxing style with its boxing techniques incorporated into the art of Muay Thai. It is authentic Thai boxing mixed with a style that is relevant to Australia’s Muay Thai scene.
